A Ferrite Bonded Magnet is a highly functional magnet made by mixing Sr or Ba
ferrite magnetic powder and binder Nylon 6, 12 & PPS.
This product is made by injection molding in the magnetic field. In the
molding, magnetic circuit is made and the magnetic powder becomes a magnetizing
axis. So the anisotropic magnet types are formed. Especially, the
anisotropic magnet types of inner & outer diameter make magnetic circuit by
FEM construction method and operate. So production of this magnet is possible in
the shortest time. Also this magnet's surface flux density is higher about
20% than radial-anisotropic products and now this is used widely as a substitute
for dry-anisotropic ferrite sintered magnet.
